I've been there
In 2016, I was diagnosed with prediabetes and was facing numerous health challenges. I struggled with an unhealthy body composition, low energy, brain fog, shallow sleep, and various other symptoms. On top of that, I was frustrated by the overwhelming and confusing information available online. I understood that the root cause of my chronic conditions was my diet and lifestyle. Realizing that doctors often just diagnose illnesses and treat symptoms with medication, I decided to take responsibility for my health and explore the scientific research on my own.
I began reading books, researching countless scientific studies, and listening to health podcasts focused on medicine, nutrition, and fitness. This journey has transformed me from a software engineer into a research-driven investigator of nutrition and lifestyle.
Since 2017, I have adopted time-restricted eating, a low-carb diet, and strength training, which have helped me become the best version of myself. At 60 years old, my body is built on solid lean muscle. I have a fast metabolism and am insulin-sensitive. I enjoy a vibrant and clear mind, and my sleep has greatly improved, with no symptoms to hold me back.

Philosophy
To prevent and heal chronic diseases, eat in alignment with Human Evolution. Give up the things we haven´t evolved with. Food is medicine, given it is delicious, has the fewest ingredients possible, and contains all essential nutrients in the highest density and bioavailability.
Mission
I intend to break the mainstream dogma by providing genuine evidence-based knowledge about the root cause of chronic disease. I aim for people to stop suppressing symptoms with medication but to recognize the root cause and eliminate it through a healthier lifestyle.
